Franklin M. (Swan Creek PO) 1881 – Two men named Franklin in 1870 Census: one with middle initial M whose father is Cornelius in Ohio Twp. The other is in Guyan Twp. and is the son of George. None of the later censuses has a Franklin in Gallia Co. Family trees on ancestry.com give the Franklin M. Kennedy with father Cornelius as having a wife named Maggie. It is possible that Franklin M. Kennedy went by Frank M., but not proven.
