Sheets, Russell and Hazlett, Grace Russell and Grace Sheets of Bidwell will observe their 50th wedding anniversary July 29 with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Gallipolis Senior Citizens Center, 220 Jackson Pike, Gallipolis.They were married July 30, 1940 in Leaper, Ohio by the Rev.
