60th Anniversary to be CROWN CITY - Mr. and Mrs. John T. Waugh will observe their 60th wedding Anniversary Saturday July 7. Mr. Waugh and the former Emma McGuire were married on July 7, 1919, by Rev. Frank King at his home in Gallipolis. They have four children: Dale of Crown City: Mrs. Kathryn Chapman of Cheshire; and Mrs. Geraldine Duncan of Patriot, who are hosting a celebration for the couple Sunday, July 8. 1979.
