Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Lanier, a fine old couple and the former affectionatey known far and wide as "Dad," observed their 60th wedding anniversary on Easter at their home at Bush's Mill. They are the parents of Postmaster W.A. Lanier at Crown City, George in Indiana, Mrs. Stella Parker of Urbana, Ohio, and Leslie and Nettie at home. A number of friends and relatives gathered at the Lanier home Sunday, enjoyed a fine dinner and wished this happy old couple well.
