Golden Wedding Mr. and Mrs. D.M. Harkins celebrated their fiftieth year of wedded life Sept. 5 at their home at Ewington.
A large number of relatives were present, among them their seven married daughters, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
At the noon hour a chicken dinner was served. The table was beautifully decorated, yellow and white being the color scheme. A large bowl of mammoth yellow and white cut flowers formed the centerpiece, while yellow candles in crystal holders were placed at each corner. |
