Mr. and Mrs. Rees Fox of Rodney Celebrated Golden Wedding
Well Known County Residents Entertained Many Friends at Their Home on Monday, December 26 from
One to Four O'Clock
Mr. and Mrs. Rees Fox of Rodney observed their Golden Wedding Anniversary at their home on Monday afternoon, Dec. 26, 1927, from one to four o'clock. A large number of friends were received during those hours and this happy pair were the recipients of hearty congratulations. The actual wedding day anniversary occurs on Monday, January 9, 1928.

Goetting, Mrs. Parnie Hill, Mrs. Maggie Bell, Mrs. Rhoda Watts, Mrs. Ina Myers, Mrs. Lucy Whiting, Mrs. Effie Owens, Miss Marie Vollborn, Miss Garnet Whiting, Mr. and Mrs. John Reese, all of Rodney; Mr. and Mrs. M.W. Fox and Dr. and Mrs. I.F. Fox of Columbus; Mr. and Mrs. Levi White and son Selwyn of Gallipolis; Mrs. Rinda Judd, Gallipolis; Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Martin and daughter Louise, Huntington; Mrs. Bert Robinson, Gallipolis; Mr. and Mrs. W.G. Scarberry and sons Billy and Dan, Wellston; Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Fox, Rodney.
A delicious salad course was served by the daughters of the host and hostess, who were the recipients of many gifts appropriate to the occasion.
Mr. and Mrs. Fox are among the best known and respected citizens of the county and hosts of friends extend best wishes for many years of continued happiness and companionship.
